DAVID R. MITCHELL  received his undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri Columbia and his law degree from Washburn University.  Mr. Mitchell was named Associate Editor of the Washburn Law Journal.  He has practiced law since 1985.  He formerly served as Assistant General Counsel to the Kansas Corporation Commission.  He practices primarily in the areas of Business and Commercial Transactions and Litigation, Estate Planning, Real Estate, Bank and Lender Liability, and General Business Law.  Mr. Mitchell is licensed to practice in both Missouri and Kansas.
